Is breakfast included in the price?
Usually breakfast is not included. However if you booked your stay through a travel agency, breakfast is probably included. Ask for confirmation of this upon arrival.

Breakfast costs € 12 p.p.

What is the time of arrival?
Generally the rooms are available as from 2pm Some hotel rooms may be ready even earlier. If not, we will gladly look after your luggage meanwhile.

What is the time of departure?
Leaving time is at midday. You may however leave your luggage at the reception, if you intend to leave later in the day.

Is smoking in the hotel allowed or not?
The hotel premises are entirely non-smoking.

Is the tourist tax already included in the price?
Yes, it is.

What are the opening times of the hotel reception?
The reception is open around the clock.

Are there any alarm-clocks in the rooms?
The reception will arrange an alarm call upon your request.

How much does a taxi from the airport to the hotel cost?
Between 40 -55 € approximately.

Can drinks that have been bought elsewhere be consumed within hotel premises?
French law forbids consumption of any products bought elsewhere, whenever the hotel in question offers the same products.

What are the means of payment accepted by the hotel?
We accept credit cards, such as Amex, Visa, Master, Diners

Money in cash

Will the amount be debited from my credit card upon reservation?
We will ask you for your credit card in order to be able to guarantee your reservation.
However, we do not debit your credit card unless you made a specific type of reservation, such as advance reservations, special bargain reservations, and so on.
